Fastway Couriers? Beyond Disappointing

Finally called fastway after apparently "failed attempts." The agent who obviously had better things to do and tried to rush me off as fast as possible. She promised someone would call me and when I, who was raised here and has a better understanding of what the issue is tried to advise what other obviously more professional couriers and deliveries do, she wasn't interested. Fine. But I received no such phone call. My parcel is now another week late. All because your people who do deliveries can't be bothered to call. At this point I would take a please call me or missed call. No wonder people here on the Coast are not so eager to order on Shein, it's the couriers!!! May I please, please get my parcel. Or tell me where to meet you at this point or email me delivery guys number and network I will buy him airtime. Rude phone agent, obviously lazy delivery person, obviously this company needs a takeover or closed-end.
