Fastway couriers - Away

Fastway couriers should remove "Fast" from their name. They received my parcel on 4th August in Bloemfontein, a Thursday, and I received it late on Monday the 9th. I was expecting it to receive it at the latest the next day, if not the same day that they received it, since they received it at 06:32. I communicated with them several times, and each time had to speak to a different person, who promised it would be delivered by Friday, then Saturday, and then I just gave up communicating with them when it did not arrive even on the Saturday. I have screenshots to prove the sequence of arrival at Bloem depot.
