Fastway couriers are useless

I had the worst experience ever. I updated my details which was the same details the other courier company used as the package was split, I called aswell after holding on forever. I got another email today to say my address is still outstanding. Needless to say, I still have not received my package. You are the most useless courier compay on SA. TEMU should reconsidder using you to deliver their packages. You wont get it!!!
