Fastway Couriers are UNRELIABLE

I received a message from Fastway Couriers that my parcel was out for delivery today (09/11/2023) at 07:44, I ensured that the was someone available at the delivery address the whole day. At 15:14 I received an email from Fastway Couriers claiming that they were unable to deliver my order and it would be returned to the depot to be delivered at the next delivery schedule. This is an absolute lie as there was someone available at the delivery address the WHOLE DAY! Further if the driver really did come to the delivery address why was there no attempt to contact me by phone by the courier driver or the depot. Fastway Couriers are unreliable and borderline ****mers. If my package is not received within 24 hours of this review I will take legal action as I paid for my packages and they are holding them without the right to do so which constitutes theft.
