"Fast"way Couriers are terrible!

Do not use "Fast" way Couriers if you expect your delivery within a specified time.

Their incompetence levels in their depots and delivery departments at their Isando branch have a lot to be desired.

The courier attempted delivery however the premises were closed. The courier has returned the parcel to the depot to obtain a new delivery instruction. 13/09/2017 18:59:09 Johannesburg

At 13h45 I contacted them to find out where the parcel was, only to be informed by Winslow and Phillip that even though the delivery van had been to the depot twice today, my parcel was still sitting at the depot and WOULD NOT BE DELIVERED TO NORTHRIDING TODAY.

When I queried why the courier had the parcel for more than 12 hours, I was **** to and told that they could not find the address. Yet, their tracking system clearly states that at 18h59 the premises was closed. Considering they are delivering to a business address, this would make sense. What does not make sense is why they would try delivering to a BUSINESS address AFTER BUSINESS HOURS, and why they couldn't deliver it in in the allotted timeframe during business hours.

Needless to say, I still do not have my parcel, which they were specifically told needed to be delivered by the end of business TODAY, and therefore will never receive business from us again.
