Fastway Couriers are Rogues!!!!

I ordered a package via Temu. The order was assigned to fastway couriers. When the order arrived, the courier guy sat in his vehicle for a while before delivering it. My elderly aunt received the items. When I inspected the package and opened it, I noticed the package was ripped and retaped. Upon open the package and counting the items, 4x items were missing!! I sent numerous mails to fastway and tried contacting them, even liaised via WhatsApp line with no joy. I can't believe such a reputable company and big brand will engage in dishonesty and *****ing. You trust these guys to deliver your items safely yet they are *****ing!! Please don't ever opt to have your items delivered by them. Buffalo always delivered my items and I never ever had an issue with them
