Terrible experience

I purchased an outfit for a religious celebration (eid) and the person used Fastway to deliver it. This courier were extremely confused. No one knew where the parcel is. No supervisor refused to take my call. The parcel was incorrectly stated to be in the delivery vehicle yet it was at the depot. Please refrain from using this useless company.
