Fastway couriers - appalling customer service !

Horrible horrible customer service !

Was supposed to receive a package and after waiting nearly 2 weeks late I did not receive anything and Cia online tracking the package showed delivered when nothing was delivered, tried phoning to find out several times and nobody in their kzn new Germany depot could give me an answer,they kept promising to call back but never did, not one of the people I've spoken to could help. They are a useless courier service, do not use them unless you want your packages to "magically dissappear".
