Fastway couriers absolutely useless

Did not even want to give them the lowest rating. They are pathetic, i have not been able to get hold of them on their phones and no reply to emails. They don't answer their phones ever and the chat bot is useless and a waste of time. My parcel has been sitting in the JHB hub for days now with no updates. I will never use them again, no updates and no feedback.
