I recently had the unfortunate experience of dealing with Fastway Couriers, and I must say it was nothing short of a nightmare. Let me share my frustrating encounter: 1. Missed Delivery: My parcel was initially scheduled to arrive on 24/05/2024. However, the driver attempted delivery only once, failed to reach me, and promptly left with the package. No further attempts were made. 2. Rescheduling Efforts: On 31/05/2024, I decided to take matters into my own hands and phoned Fastway Couriers. I requested a rescheduled delivery and even updated my address. The courteous gentleman on the other end assured me that my package would be delivered by Monday, 03/06/2024. 3. Broken Promises: Alas, Monday came and went, and my package remained elusive. Fastway Couriers had once again failed to live up to their commitment. It’s as if they specialize in disappointment. 4. Utter Incompetence: To put it bluntly, their service is disgusting. The lack of communication, missed deadlines, and overall incompetence are astounding. I wouldn’t trust them to deliver a pizza, let alone an important package. 5. A Word of Caution: If you value your sanity and the timely arrival of your goods, avoid Fastway Couriers like the plague. I implore Mr. Price and other businesses to reconsider using their services. They are, without a doubt, absolutely useless.
