Fastway Couriers

Fastway Couriers is the worst courier company. I was asked to pay vat and tax on my temu order, which I did... After two weeks I was notified that my order was lost and I have to ask for refund or re-shipment of the order so I asked for re shipment, to my surprise they asked for another vat and tax amount.... Oh my, i was freaking out, so I payed again because I couldn't receive those goods, they promised refund of the 1st payment, until today I keep calling, WhatsApp and emailing but no on eish willing to help, they are a **** those people. I will fight until I get my refund.
