FASTWAY COURIERS 3 WEEKS DELAYED!!!!

A Parcel was supposed to be delivered to a MIDAS in bredasdorp from Vereeniging.<br> Parcel left vereeniging on the 04/04/2015, Then was in transit in cape town on the 07/05/2015<br> the parcel was left by the courier in Cape Town at the depot on the 08/05/2015.<br> After Numerous calls from to fastway from the sender and the Person receiving the parcel Fastway courier call center assistants kept on trying to trace this parcel and been promising delivery everyday we called.<br> Client receiving the parcel was really upset and called me everyday wanting to know where the parcel was and i had to keep on calling fastway and they kept on blaming a 3rd party carrier which they made it seem like i put it with the 3rd party carrier...but thats who they contracted out to do there deliveries with.I was dealing with fastway not a 3rd Party. This was my first time i used fastway couriers and will be the last time. It took 15 days to get a parcel delivered to a place in south africa. Very disappointed with FASTWAY COURIERS.
