Fastway couriers

Twice I asked that they contact me before you deliver my parcel and twice the courier has arrived at my door without contacting me. He called me from my gate and I answered the call but could not hear him. I returned the call imediately but there was no answer.<br> <br> I have managed to get hold of him now and he told me that he called me from Kyalami on his way to deliver to me, this is not what I need. He told me that I did not call him, he does not answer calls from Private numbers. I even sent a SMS as he did not answer his phone. The instructions I gave are quite clear, PLEASE CONTACT ME BEFORE DELIVERY. Not on the way. I asked him now if he understands this and his response was he did call me on his way to me. Not acceptable. He was then extremely rude to me, telling me I was unavailable and then He then put the phone down on me and now refuses to answer his phone. I would like to know if this is common practice for Fastway couriers to deliver such poor service and to ignore requests from the customer. I have tried to contact him now to arrange a time that is convenient for him to deliver to his customer but he continues to refuse to answer his phone.<br> <br>
