Fastway Couriers

During the past few months, several online service providers have used Fastway courier services. I am very disappointed with the service. The Courier fee, at R260.00 for a small, less than 2kg type of parcel is exorbitant. This, apparently, is the economy rate. Fastways have not proven to have a high level of delivery drive. My parcel was collected on 20th in the morning. On Thursday , when I queried the status of the parcel, I was assured it would be delivered late that afternoon. Then late Friday afternoon. Then late Tuesday afternoon. Suffice to say it is still in the West Bay today. This is no longer a courier service. This is a very poor Postal Seevice.
