Fastway Courier/OneDayOnly

Fastway couriers are the WORSE courier service ever. I places an order on One DayOnly, and unfortunately do they use the worse courier company ever. My parcel was shipped to Cape Town and MISDIRECTED to George instead of Stellenbosch. Tracking hasn't been updated in more than 24 hours. I have placed an online query on their website - no response. Tried their so-called whatsapp customer service - got a response that said - " a friendly customer agent will be with you soon" - well that was more than 24 hours ago - still nothing. Then I tried their msg system on their website - same thing happened as with their whatsapp. So I finally phoned them - agent couldn't give me any clear answers. When I asked to speak to supervisor I was placed on hold for ever and then finally got told she will phone me back.When I gave the agent my number, I had to wait for him to scramble around to get a pen to write my number down.. OH MY WORD... I will never order from OnedayOnly again due to there useless courier service!!!!
