Fastway courier with horrible service

Poor customer service from fastway courier driver from Polokwane depot by the name of Tumelo Malatji he insulted me and threatened to beat me up, because i requested him to come inside than standby the main gate since i was still busy , the following week the same tumelo called to deliver another parcel i ignored his calls since i was afraid i will get threatened again, then i called the depot Mary was defending Tumelo , so please avoid this company you will be threatened. Am still waiting for my parcel to be delivered by a different person.
