Fastway courier the WORST courier service in the country

The worst of worst courier service, if there was a zero rating i would give it a zero. they delivered my parcel to the wrong address, then sent me the your package has been delivered email. I contacted them, i spoke to Neil Cracknell with zero customer service skills and was of no help; he transferred me to a Chantelle Wood who was worse! No apology was given as they did not believe that indeed my parcel was delivered to the wrong address; even today, they haven't attempted to resolve this issue or contact me. I was called by a stranger to let me know my parcel is at his home i must come fetch it, with COVID 19 and Femicide in rife. Do not use this courier service at all. i repeat, DO NOT USE fastway courier EVER!!!!
