Fastway Courier - the fastest way to no customer support

I'm trying to get feedback on my Temu parcel. I used the BOT on their website that promised to transfer me to an agent. I followed the process twice and nobody responded to me in over an hour. It seems that they do not have support staff to handle the query volumes or the BOtis not transferring the queries. Irrespective, this is pathetic and unexceptional to promise that someone will talk to you and then nothing happens' Fast on their way to provide the worst customer support in the courier industry, fast to transfer BOT calls and fast to not respond - true to their name
