Fastway courier taking ages with my parcel

On 6 Dec 2024, my parcel was out for delivery but the courier did not even attempt to call me, and wrote an untrue entry on the tracking system, that they could not find me whereas I waited the entire day for the delivery. Even Today, 10 Dec 2024 I am waiting for the courier that does not pitch up. Can you advise on this, my parcel is urgent.
