Fastway Courier Services trashy customer service

I have had a horrible experience with Fastway Courier Services. On 01/2020 a parcel was sent from Pietermaritzburg in KZN to me in Mqanduli and it never reached me. After numerous follow ups with them they finally declared it as lost on 02/07/2020 and they requested that the sender sends them an invoice for the parcel which was done same time...to-date they haven't returned to me instead they keep playing a blame game between the Maritzburg office and the Mtata hub... I'm a reseller and that was my stock so I can put food on the table for my family
