FASTWAY COURIER SERVICES : POOR SERVICE

My order was dispatched on the 14th of Dec from the supplier till today I have not receive my parcel. Their excuse was my parcel was addressed wrongly mind you it was a difference of 10km and they did not even bother to call me and find out the right address until I searched their numbers and call them.
