Fastway courier service is bad

I have orderd stuff from temu and it's been sitting in the drywers van for the last 2 days but he is in the wrong town when I phone them they tel me that the forgot to offload my parcel to the drywer that is coming to my town,tried to get hold of some kind of manager but according to the staff there is none
