This Company should have their licence to operate, one are unable to communicate with them no phone calls answered false information on parcel delivery.TEMU SHOULD FIRE THEM IT IS TEMU THAT CHOOSE THE COURRIER COMPANY. They should send their staff to Buffalo Courier and be trained by profesionals ,I paid customs duties on 4th November 17 days later still waiting to receive parcel.
