Fastway courier poor service

I have been waiting for my parcel the whole day. I talked to your receptionist, for three times and promised that I will get my parcel today Friday the 02 August 2024.now it's it's 18h43. You have worst service ever .fastway don't deserve to call yourself a courier service. Poor service.its not the first time ,last time I have to drive from here to giyani to pick my parcel
