Fastway Courier poor service.

Not happy with the service, had two framed large puzzles that were ready to hang sent with Fastway Couriers. It was packaged very well and even had fragile stickers on it. Needless to say when it arrived the glass on both the frames was broken. Fastway did nothing to assist with my complaint nor with the senders complaint either, but rather tried to tell me it was not packaged properly (I have a video of my husband and I opening the package)

Now I've lost money on what was a bargain, puzzles bought on auction that I already had buyers for.
