Fastway Courier Pietermaritzburg is *******

If I could give a zero or rate it a negative 10 I honestly would. I had an order arrive in South Africa(Pietermaritzburg) deport 2 weeks ago and it's been saying out for delivery for 2 weeks(delivering an item locally shouldn't even take more than a week it's usually 3-5 business days well it's been a full 2 weeks from them). They don't communicate and you have to be the one to contact them and if you're lucky to actually find someone and they answer their calls the customer agent is incredibly rude(I called for days and I wasn't assisted nor was my call answered). They'll either drop the call midway or straight out tell you you're annoying them. I have also attempted calling the Pietermaritzburg owner via his personal cellphone number and he wasn't a help either straight out dropped my calls then proceeded to ignore me. If you have an option to use another courier company please by all means do...use anyone, just not this one because you will suffer.
