Fastway courier pathetic service

I am so disappointed with Fastway couriers Durban. They have got the most poor service, I have been waiting for my parcel the whole day. I tracked the parcel, it showed that it was on its way to my address, it left the depot at 08h05. I called their offices after 14h00, guess what?, I was told to relax, it will be at my doorstep before 17h00. Pathetic service
