Fastway Courier - PATHETIC service!

We send a parcel to Springs from Fastway Johannesburg via Vereeniging. The driver very conveniently didn't deliver because the person wasn't at home (but there is a contact number on there to phone her and she is a housewife, therefor she is home the whole day)

After holding on for 30minutes they decided to do something about it. We ask to speak to management , but management doesnt handle complaints and they leave 12h00 on Fridays oh and they have no cell number for the manager.

Fastway "promise" next day deliver for regional areas but cleary there next day and our next day are 2 different concepts

Their customer service are pathetic and they have a no care attitude if a parcel was delivered or not!

It's also not the first incident from Fastway - I will never ever use there service again. I would rather pay DOUBLE the fee and send my parcels with Aramex, Courier Guy or DHL and know that I will get the service I pay for.

MY ADVISE TO ANYBODY CONSIDERING USING FASTWAY - DON'T!!!!!!!
