Fastway Courier not what their name says.

My parcel was dispatched on the 18th of February 2021 and arrived in Kimberley on Friday the 19the 07:23 and that is where movement stopped. I tried the number that you can whatsapp or message I get no response. I then phoned and the lady told me that I must wait my parcel wil only be on its way to me on Friday 26 of February because they only come to DE AAR on a Friday. Why did they not send it the Friday of the 19th. The lady told me very adamant that they have 5 to 7 days to deliver. So in other words my parcel Wil be in Kimber almost a week before they deliver on the 26th of February. This is unacceptable the service is not what their name says!!!
