Fastway courier not so fast

My parcel was collected by fastway last week Friday 30.12.2022 and now in the tracking it is just being moved from one bay to another. It's been sitting at one Bay since Wednesday 03.01.2023, I've been trying to phone to find out when this "next scheduled delivery" will be made but the calls ring for 2 minutes and cut. I would just like some answers on my parcel.
