Fastway Courier-not Fast at all

I do not recommend them at all. I ordered something online 18/12/23.They collected the parcel on 18/12/23. Since then the parcel was send from Durban to Kimberley to Bloemfontein. Then send from Bloemfontein to Kimberley and back to Durban. Again send from Durban to Kimberley and again to Bloemfontein...I live in Boshof.You litterally pass through Boshof town from Kimberley to Bloemfontein. I tried calling them-no answer. Send email-no answer! My parcel have been with them now for 14 Working days!!!! Not acceptable at all.
