FASTWAY COURIER: MORE LIKE SLOWEST COURIER

I have been waiting forever for my parcel. They misdirected it and I've been told the last 2 days that I would receive it today. Now suddenly tomorrow. Tomorrow, they will just let me know again the day after that. Not happy at all. Will not recommend their service.
