Where do I start,

Ordered online unfortunately I couldn't select the delivery company. From capturing my address wrong not 1 but numerous times. From not communicating with me only sending error emails. Speaking to 3 different call center consultants, still waiting for them to contact me back after explaining, confirming my details and promising to phone me back. Lastly the last consultant I spoke to placed me on hold, note they close at 5pm every day. I phoned 16h40 this lady listens to my enquiry places me on hold for how long, when the clock hit 5pm the line diverts to another extension and cuts off.

Honestly I would not recommend this courier company at all. "Fastway Courier" the Kempton Park /Isando Branch is nothing but *********** to say the least. They should consider changing their name rather as the name doesn't present their service and customer service.
