Fastway courier is totally crash

I write this in pure frustration and anger iv been using courier guy and it has been the best decision ever, 2nd time using fastway and being disappointed first tym I had to literally go fetch my package and the depot Burman road cs of the delay and they don't even communicate or care, now my package was shipped 5th June I was suppose to gt it yesterday 7th June because of protest they said today I called several times telling them today the 8th I need my parcel by 12 the driver said 700am he will be out of the depot by 9am he will call me to meet up it's currently 10:25iv been calling they keep telling me they will get bck to me but they haven't I'm the one under pressure and calling and they careless... I will never use this courier ever again these is no care and I'd advise for you to think twice before using it I'm disgusted
