FASTWAY COURIER IS THE WORST😡😡😡😡

We live in Oyster Bay, its a 23km drive in to town (Humansdorp) and 23km back. We pay full delivery for to door delivery, but this courier simply drops our stuff at the Fruit and Veg in Humansdorp and let you know to go pick it up. If you complain, they simply say its the command from head office. And to ask someone to take your parcel if they fetch theirs😡 I do not want to ask people for favours for something I paid for😡😡😡😡 I order a lot from Temu and Shein and I am NOT HAPPY to pay for a service I do not get!!!!!
