Fastway courier is the worse

I had JBCC Contracts sent via fast courier HV*** from Johannesburg to Elliot. The parcel was picked up on 30 September 2021 and promised to be delivered on 08 December 2021. Tracking number HV***. I have been making a follow-up with fastway courier, and with no success I haven't gotten the parcel. The best response is that there are no contact details for the third party who is suppose to deliver the parcel as promised. This is horrific and disturbing as the parcel sent via fastway is a contract that has a dealine of 09 December 2021, 10am, and they promised to have it delivered by Wednesday.
