Fastway courier is not so fast

My experience is not good with this company we have been waiting for a package that was send from Pretoria To Modimolle after several calls I found it in Polokwane an we wil only receive next week Tuesday. You pay for fast courier service and this is what you get. I also have a second package but they can’t get hold of the driver. This was out for deliv the prev day. Please people use Courier guy or Postnet even you local Postoffice will be faster I promise you!
