Fastway courier is a nightmare

My parcel arrived at Fastway depot (Johannesburg) on the 1st July 2020 and even today its not yet delivered. On the 6th July it was scanned for delivery but it was not delivered and they didn't even bother to atleast call and inform me why the parcel was not delivered but it was scanned for delivery. Later around 21h24 it was returned to depot and tracking status changed to unable to deliver. How can a parcel be scanned for delivery but don't get delivered and returned to depot without letting the customer know why was it returned as it was not customer's fault but courier driver's fault. If they don't know how to operate why can't they take notes from best couriers like Ram, fast furious, courier it etc. It was my first and last time using Fastway
