FASTWAY COURIER has zero customer service

Worst courier service ever! Have been holding for 45 minutes for RECEPTION! My TEMU order was delivered to my house, without prior notification that it will be arriving today, whilst I am was not at home. I asked the courier to return or reschedule delivery for after 2pm as thats when I am home, hem said he will never be in my area at that time, I must see to finish how i get my parcel.
