Fastway courier has the worst service!

The worst service provider! Their driver was by my area at 12:42, he asked for directions and before I could finish he told me to meet him halfway, walk to the main road because he’s not fami**** with the area and he has a lot of deliveries to make.

I told him all my parcel have been delivered to the gate and 90% of the drivers are not fami**** with the place, if he could’ve let me finish with the directions because its very easy!

He hung up on me, i called back at 12:48 to ask where he was at and his response was “I’m delivering to someone who agreed to meet me halfway by the road” i then asked him to let me know when he passes a certain spot i will hold the call and wait for him at the gate while giving directions.

I called fastway depot Polokwane to log my complain at 14:05 and they told me they will call the driver.

I called back at 15:23 and they told me he said he will deliver the parcel today, he’s still busy with other deliveries at a different area.

I asked for clarity as to how come did he not deliver my parcel at the time he was at my area, they told me unfortunately they don’t know. I asked if it was logic to miss a parcel at that area and rather go deliver elsewhere and shockingly? They hung up on me!
