Pathetic service from this company, delivery was suppose to happen 14/10/24. 7 days past, still no delivery, yet my tracking number is being updated everyday for delivery. Colled the ops manager at the Pretoria depot, another clueless character, has no idea what's going on, with excuse after excuse with no substance. Still waiting for delivery with empty promises. Looks like the drivers rush to go home at 5pm, everyday say couldn't contact cosignee.
