I would not like to paint all the Franchise with the same brush But the Durban branch has by far the most pathetic customer service, they don't answer the calls for one. When you finally do get through the women are extremely rude. My factory and I have been using the service for over 5years, we know the routine and if there are any issues we are informed. These pass 3 weeks has been a nightmare Its either they have back logs and that is the result of late deliveries. But don't give someone who knows your operation bull**** and a load of really dumb excuses, this is unacceptable. And for this reason I will never recommend your services
