Fastway Courier drivers don't have humility

My dad and I had ordered on temu and received an email on the same day that we're both going to get our parcels. Around 5pm on the 27th of April, my dad gets a call from the courier driver, screaming at him and disrespecting him. He kept saying he came by and no one answered for him, he's going to return the parcel and we will have to pay again. My dad had to plead with him so we could meet him someplace else to get both our parcels. We drove 20km from our home to where he was and this man belittled and disrespected us like we were nothing. He kept saying we think we're clever, he'll show us what he's capable of and that he owns fastway couriers, even if I reported him nothing will happen to him. I took a picture of his car registration and of him and just sent an email but I'm still waiting for a response. That service was beyond humiliating. He even threatened that the next time we have a parcel he'll make sure it doesn't get delivered to us.
