Fastway courier don't deliver

I have been waiting more than 2 weeks for a parcel delivery despite the fact that they continue to say it will be delivered today. Their online tracking also says "out for deliveru" yet nothing arrives each day! Trying to get throught to the call centre is even worse. When you finally get through they just put you on hold all over again!!! I would NEVER use then again!!!!
