Fastway Courier don't care about their clients

Fast way courier Pretoria branch has the worst service ever. They don't deserve even one star, it's a 0 from me. The driver returned my parcel to the depot without contacting me, and they don't answer emails, WhatsApp, or calls. Very poor service delivery.
