Fastway Courier disgusting 'service'

FASTWAY COURIERS are the worst courier company I ever had the misfortune of being forced to deal with. I ordered from Temu, received an updated on 25 October 2024 that my package is out for delivery. I took of from work waiting for my package that did not come. Saturday I stayed at home waiting, nothing. Sunday after enquiry from Temu I was informed they tried to deliver but my gate was locked. Nobody and I mean nobody was by my gate. Door open, my window look out onto the driveway, nobody was here. You contact customer support it's in another language. Besides they are not available weekends. There is no way of getting hold of them. I can't stay out of work again, to wait for someone who don't do there job. I am disgusted with this company, pathetic.
