Fastway courier company - service pathetic

I ordered a parcel from a company in Cape town. They appointed this provider to deliver the parcels. The order was placed a month ago. The courier company didn't properly communicated when an agreed date time can be accommodated. As of this day of submission. I have not receive any further communication or the product I ordered. Service delivery is absolutely pathetic
