Fastway courier bad service

Worst courier ever. I was suppose to receive my parcel on the 14 of October 2022 with no form of communication , I had to be tracking down my parcel. At 17h15 I received the email that my parcel was sent back to the depot cause I wasn't available But I was at home the whole day,no call received. Yesterday ( 17 October 2022) I tried to reach to their polokwane depot. I spent 3hours calling them regarding my parcel up until one of their consultant said she is investigating n she'll get back to me. They never got back to me. I called them again today they said I must hang up they'll call me. Even now no call received yet
