Fastway Courier bad service

This is the worst courier company ever, the driver said he is gonna deliver my parcel in the afternoon so I left work early to make sure that I'm home but he never came didn't even call. He calls again the following day saying that he will come, I asked around what time, he didn't wanna tell me he rudely said I must just make sure I'm home 🤬🤬🤬🤬
