Fastway Courier bad service

I would not recomment Fastway Couriers to anyone needing a courier service. They fail to deliver on time. 2 weeks ago I used them for the first time, tracked my parcel, tracking said "Onboard - the parcel is onboard the Courier vehicle." It was not delivered. I gave them the benefit of the doubt and the next day same message on the tracking. Late the afternoon I called the head office, they said they cant help me, gave me the drivers phone number and said I must phone the driver!! I logged a complaint on their website, but to this day have had no reply from them!! Yesterday I thought I would try them again, today checked the tracking today and got "Onboard - the parcel is onboard the Courier vehicle." again. No delivery today either. I suppose I will have to call them again tomorrow to find out where my parcel is. They will NOT get my business ever again!!!
